Mini Courses
Focused explorations in Psychosomatics & Emotional Anatomy
Our mini courses are designed to help you explore specific aspects of the relationship between your body, your emotions, your mind, and your lived experience.
Each course is grounded in the principles of Psychosomatic Therapy and Emotional Anatomy, bringing together anatomy, physiology, movement, nervous system awareness, breath, and embodied practice in a way that is practical, experiential, and deeply integrative.
Rather than simply learning new information, you'll be invited to develop a deeper understanding of yourself through awareness, observation, and direct experience.
Whether you're beginning your journey or wishing to deepen your understanding of a particular area, these courses provide focused explorations that you can move through at your own pace and return to whenever you need.
Move slowly.
Stay curious.
Allow your understanding to unfold through experience.
New mini courses are added throughout the year, creating a growing library of learning to support your personal and professional journey.
