Write a living Eulogy

For all the aspects of death

'THE DEATH CEREMONY'

By Gillian Maddigan

A eulogy is a speech given at a memorial or funeral service.

A eulogy is a way of saying farewell to a person who has passed away by expressing and sharing thoughts, feelings and experiences that honour and respect the deceased.

  • The parent

To your:

  • Parents/Carers

An external role or experience that is dying or is dead, or you have transitioned from:

  • A business partnership

Throughout the psychosomatic and emotional anatomy awareness journey we speak of 'The Death Ceremony' a lot

The Death Ceremony is a planed moment in time to reflect on all aspects of that relationship.  To bring those aspects to the surface to been seen, felt and heard.

In that processing; an honouring occurs, of a period of time in your life with that relationship, that no longer serves you.

This allows the relationship with all its chords to be fully released, whilst opening space for new opportunities.

Within the death ceremony process you may find unconscious awareness of why you needed this relationship and perhaps why you don't now.
