- Day 1 - Face and Hand Reading
- Day 2 - Body and Feet Reading
- Day 3 - Lifestyle consultation + Emotional anatomy
- Day 4 & 5 - Emotional release bodywork demonstrations with Bianca and Gillian + practical application
- Day 6 - Bodywork on Volunteers and advanced demonstration (trauma informed)
All resources including Level 1 and 2 hardcopy manuals, and workbooks

NOTE: Each module is complete with submodules and lessons. These lessons include resources, written curriculum and recorded video tuition, plus reference to external links for extra study if required.
We deliver:
The tools and principles of psychosomatic therapy and its relationship with our emotional anatomy with the entire body, emotions and mind.
How to apply the tools therapeutically to yourself first and then to others.
PEAT Training Programs offer a step by step process for understanding:
- The Structure (the subject is you or another)
- The Purpose (what does the process do, from the intricate part of your body to the gross nature)
- The Energy flow (how does it communicate)
Framework and process for personal, social use and as a therapist and practitioner.
Additional details:
The In-Person training will include
- working with trauma,
- bodywork with and without touch
- how to approach a variety of clients
- Breath, movement, connection and embodiment practices.
PLEASE NOTE: To complete the full certification and practice as a therapist, you will need to complete the 6 day In-Person + the PEAT online training for both Personal and Professional.
To receive further accreditation with The Psychosomatic Therapy College - You will undertake an RPL process which includes a logbook (you have 12 months to complete) and a further 3 modules directly with the college. The cost of this is an additional $1,250AUD paid directly to them.
