I DISCOVERED Psychosomatic therapy in 2010 purely by accident, just like everything came when I really needed it the most. The training, for me, was like an initial exposure to self which was horrifying to experience as I was living in a place very disconnected from myself.
Once I moved through the shock, the pennies started dropping, and I thought, OMG! Why is this not taught at school? My excitement about this work led to completing my qualification and starting a new career.
Clients were coming from everywhere, and I realised I had a natural gift; I went on to complete my masters and diploma in teaching at both practitioner level and advanced masters level. I had a new love and vocation.
THROUGHOUT THE years of teaching and seeing clients privately, I realised I needed to learn more about Biomedicine and yoga. This need led me to 1000 hours of Biomedical Yoga therapy teacher training.
I now incorporate Biomedicine, Yoga, Psychosomatics and a deep ability to feel and understand the energy the body-mind is communicating.
MY JOURNEY was not complete, I was in search of the secret ingredients to not only my conscious awareness of all that is me but the keys to share with others interested in unlocking their secrets.
This search led me to take the time through Covid to write a book or a few , they are all still very much a work in progress as am I. I will never stop evolving and learning.
I REALISED the principles of most of my work and discoveries birthed from the basics of psychosomatic therapy and emotional anatomy. Due to Covid, travel restrictions and the acceptance of teaching online, PEAT was born, Gillian Maddigan and I teamed up to create and deliver this training online to you.

Starting from $49AUD you can access one of our many mini courses. Each course is a PEAT course, which means it has a psychosomatic element to it.

The pure reality that we are in a human body is proof that we have the ability to consciously learn. Becoming consciously aware of something means it has landed.
Our body is the land or earth to our thoughts and imagination.
We are constantly catching new thoughts and ideas, we listen and choose to take in or not. We can find wonder in each moment, having discernment means we can create and be conscious of our reality and somewhat choose our path of evolution depending on what we focus on.
