In order to understand and master Psychosomatic Resilience we must first learn how to:

  • Define who we are
  • Recognise our assets
  • Take responsibility for our lack, liabilities and faults
  • Set boundaries and follow through
  • Learn how to pick ourselves up and stand tall during our healing
  • Understand when we can help ourself and when to ask others for help
  • Create circles of people that stimulate our joy and pleasure yet help us test our comfort zone to help us grow.

In your Psychosomatics & Emotional Anatomy reflective learning journal, start to ponder on these points:

  1. Define who you are by making notes of your qualities,
  2. Make a list of your assets (assets can be anything that you see of value),
  3. Get to know your lack, liabilities and faults.

"Our greatest gift in life is to understand who we truly are and what gift we have to offer our world"
