Whether you're here for deep personal growth or to become a certified practitioner, PEAT meets you where you are—and walks beside you every step of the way.

Created and facilitated by master therapists and educators Gillian Maddigan and Bianca Moeschinger—with more than 25 years of combined experience—PEAT is dedicated to guiding individuals toward embodied awareness, emotional intelligence, and holistic wellness.

What We Offer

  • Foundational to Advanced Programs in Psychosomatic Therapy, Emotional Anatomy, Emotional Release, and Bodywork

  • Personal Development Pathways for those wanting to reconnect with their body, emotions, and sense of self

  • Professional Practitioner Training for those wishing to guide others through this powerful modality—leading to dual certification: a Certificate in Psychosomatic Therapy and a Certificate in Psychosomatics & Emotional Anatomy. PEAT programs are aligned with the Psychosomatic Therapy College, and our courses are RPL-recognised toward full certification through the College

Our programs are:

  • Self paced Online — combining flexible self-paced modules with guided content and live bi-weekly mentoring calls to keep you engaged and connected as you learn

  • Hybrid + Self-Paced Online — a 6-month guided learning experience that blends weekly live group calls with self-paced study. You can join our scheduled intakes in January or July, or begin anytime and access recordings to catch up at your own pace. Ideal for those who value structure, flexibility, and a sense of community.

  • In-Person Immersions — deepen your learning through hands-on trainings held in Melbourne, Australia and Basel, Switzerland.

Whether you begin with a short course or immerse yourself in our full practitioner training, PEAT invites you to rediscover your vitality, shift your relationship with self and others, and walk the path of conscious embodiment.

ABOUT GILLIAN

We are the Founders of PEAT - Psychosomatics & Emotional Anatomy Training

Our Story

Psychosomatic Therapy, a transformative therapeutic approach, was founded by Hermann MĂĽller, who dedicated his life to developing this profound method before his passing on December 12, 2017. Based on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia, Hermann established the Psychosomatic Therapy College, now led by his wife, Marie MĂĽller.

Gillian Maddigan and Bianca Moeschinger, founders of Psychosomatics & Emotional Anatomy Training Programs - PEAT, are certified teachers of the college. Although independent, our training programs are RPL-recognised (Recognition of Prior Learning), aligning with the college’s accredited Certificate in Psychosomatic Therapy. Students who complete the training with PEAT will receive a Certificate in Psychosomatics and Emotional Anatomy, as well as a Certificate in Psychosomatic Therapy directly from the Psychosomatic Therapy College

Our programs build on Psychosomatic Therapy’s foundational principles, further incorporating Emotional Anatomy, Emotional Release Therapy, and Bodywork. Together, our courses weave these core elements with the unique expertise and mastery that both Gillian and Bianca bring to their work.

Gillian, Hermann’s daughter, has a lifetime of experience in Psychosomatic Therapy, having contributed to its early texts and training materials before becoming a qualified therapist and educator herself. With over 20 years of experience as a remedial massage therapist and surf lifesaver, Gillian possesses an extensive understanding of the musculoskeletal system and its connection to psychosomatic health. Her unique insights into muscular structure, function, and body alignment are foundational to her teaching, offering students an unparalleled depth of knowledge on the body-mind relationship.

Bianca, a master in Emotional Release and Somatic Experiencing, joined the field in 2009. Transitioning from a successful career in real estate and finance, she has become a renowned Psychosomatic Therapist, practitioner, and master of touch and energy work in Melbourne, Australia. Bianca’s exceptional skill in emotional release and her intuitive approach to somatic experiencing make her an expert in facilitating deep transformations. She brings mastery in connecting clients to their body’s energy and innate healing potential, creating an enriching journey for each participant.

Psychosomatic Therapy is deeply personal, with each facilitator offering unique guidance for self-discovery and healing. Our programs combine the powerful mechanics of Psychosomatic Therapy with our personal experiences and insights. We invite you to explore this practice for personal growth or as an addition to your professional toolkit, with courses, community resources, and complimentary guidance available.

Join us on this journey of deep connection and holistic healing.

A Journey Inward:

Discover the PEAT Training Path

What if the path to clarity, balance, and purpose began by meeting yourself fully—body, mind, and emotion?

The PEAT Training Program offers just that: a journey inward that can begin online, continue in person, or unfold in the rhythm that best supports your growth.

Designed for those ready to reconnect with themselves—whether navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, or a loss of direction—this program helps you cultivate awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience. It offers a therapeutic and restorative space to process, integrate, and heal, gently guiding you back to balance and inner clarity.

Through foundational concepts, practical processes, and somatic integration tools, you’ll learn to regulate emotional responses, strengthen your body–mind connection, and relate to yourself and others with clarity, confidence, and care.

Whether you're seeking healing, clarity, or professional transformation, the PEAT Program provides the tools, guidance, and flexibility to support your growth—whether you're learning online, exploring in-person, or doing both.

It spans the full spectrum—from self-development to professional qualification. If you choose to continue toward certification, it includes in-person Emotional Release Bodywork Immersion—an essential component for both personal insight and therapeutic skill.
