Why Psychosomatic Therapy & Emotional Anatomy Training?
Work with both the mind and the body — not as separate systems, but as one continuous conversation.
This training offers a grounded and practical approach to understanding how emotions live within the body, and how they can be safely accessed, expressed, and integrated.
Rather than applying techniques onto a client, you learn to read, listen, and respond to what is already present — supporting a process that is both intelligent and individual.
