Why Psychosomatic Therapy & Emotional Anatomy Training?

Work with both the mind and the body — not as separate systems, but as one continuous conversation.

This training offers a grounded and practical approach to understanding how emotions live within the body, and how they can be safely accessed, expressed, and integrated.

Rather than applying techniques onto a client, you learn to read, listen, and respond to what is already present — supporting a process that is both intelligent and individual.

  • You feel that there is more to life than coping — and are ready to understand what is underneath your patterns

  • You are drawn to the body–mind connection and want to learn how to read and respond to it

  • You are already working with people (or feel called to) and want to develop real skill, not just technique

  • You are curious about psychosomatics, emotional anatomy, and how experience is held in the body

  • You are willing to explore yourself — with honesty, responsibility, and openness

This training welcomes:

  • New students beginning their personal development journey

  • Therapists, practitioners, and bodyworkers expanding their skillset

  • Those returning to the work after time away

  • Individuals integrating the work both personally and professionally

You do not need prior experience — only a willingness to learn, reflect, and engage with the process.
