A Word or Two from Bianca and Gillian - Founders of PEAT
As we begin to approach the end of 2025, there is a natural pause that arrives — a moment to look back, breathe deeply, and acknowledge the year we have lived, taught, and grown through together.
This has been one of our most expansive years at PEAT. A year of refinement, learning, cultural diversity, and deepening into the heart of psychosomatic education.
Our Global Year of Growth
This year invited us to grow in ways we didn’t expect. Our Basel training in Switzerland reminded us how universal this work truly is — each student, with their own culture, language, and background, brought a new lens to the mind–body connection. It refined the way we teach and deepened our commitment to meeting students wherever they are in the world.

Our Final Training for 2025
As we now prepare for our final Melbourne training (30 Nov – 5 Dec), we carry that same gratitude. Every in‑person immersion transforms those who attend, as they reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and sense of purpose.
Our next In-Person Training dates are:
- Melbourne 11-16 May 2026
- Switzerland 5-10 October 2026
Hybrid Training — A Year of Powerful Learning
At the same time, our July–December Hybrid cohort has been unfolding beautifully, with students sharing honest reflections, breakthroughs, and moments of clarity. Many have described seeing their patterns for the first time and feeling their body shift week by week.
Whether you joined the free course, the Taste of the Intensive, or the full training, your feedback has gently guided how we will refine the Hybrid training for next year.
What We’ve Learned — and What’s Evolving in 2026
Through the handful of students we’ve had the privilege to teach in these first few years, we’ve learned:
– That diversity strengthens psychosomatic education.
– That culture influences how we process emotion and embody patterns.
– That students need different pacing, structure, and support depending on where they are in the world.
– That the hybrid experience must feel both personal and deeply guided.
Because of this, next year’s Training Programs — across all our offerings — will include:
- Lifetime access to the online self-paced program — your resource library for the life of the program.
- 18-month payment plans across all PEAT programs and trainings, making this work more accessible globally.
- Free online Hybrid resits — so you can revisit the live teachings, deepen your skills, and continue to integrate at no additional cost.
- Return to any in-person training for a small fee — because embodied learning evolves with each round.
- Improved pacing and clearer structure — shaped by your feedback and lived experience.
- A curriculum responsive to cultural diversity, honouring each student’s background and lived story.
Our commitment remains the same: to nurture, guide, and empower you personally and professionally — psychosomatically.
What Is the Difference Between Self-Paced Online and Hybrid Training?
Our training program begins in the same place for everyone: the Self-Paced Online PEAT Intensive. This foundational course is written and designed for personal development first. It is content-rich and holds the essential principles, frameworks, and resources that underpin all psychosomatic work at PEAT.
Psychosomatic awareness is developed through your own lived experience. What you learn in your body becomes the wisdom you can apply to others. This creates a symbiotic relationship between personal growth and professional skill. When a modality focuses only on "the other," practitioners can become technicians without depth — working over people rather than with them.
Psychosomatic Therapy works with human behaviour, emotional patterns, and the subtle chemistry that connects mind and body. This is an area many modalities touch only lightly or approach differently. To truly support another person, each student must first become conscious of their own emotional anatomy — the emotional engine that drives perception, reaction, and embodiment.
During the Self-Paced program, you are guided to explore yourself deeply and then apply that understanding to others. You can complete this course independently, at your own pace, with optional access to weekly support calls, private messaging, and our student community page.
The Hybrid Training, which begins in January and July each year, builds upon the Self-Paced program. It offers weekly online group training calls with Bianca and Gillian, where we fast-track you through the entire course and help you apply each key concept in real time. Hybrid runs for 6 months, includes 17 live calls, and incorporates one or two holiday breaks.
You continue to receive full access to the Self-Paced program, along with two support calls each week.
The next step beyond Hybrid is our In-Person Training, suitable for both personal and professional development. From there, students may continue into the Practitioner or Professional Online Training, which is more example-based and focused on practitioner application.
Join Us in January — Hybrid Training Begins 22 January
If you’ve been watching from the sidelines… If you completed the free course and felt something awaken… If you're ready to understand your emotional anatomy, shift your patterns, and learn a skillset that changes lives…
Our next Hybrid Training begins 22 January 2026, and enrolments are now open.
With extended payment plans and more support built into the program, this is the most accessible and refined version of our training yet.
Our Community — Growing, Evolving, and Finding Its Rhythm
Early last year, we introduced our private PEAT Community — a new feature within Kajabi that we hoped would become a shared space for conversation, reflection, and connection. While beautifully designed, it has taken time to find its rhythm. Many students naturally gravitate toward Facebook groups, and with busy lives and full schedules, engagement has grown slowly — which is completely okay.
These early stages have shown us what works, what feels natural, and what needs refining. What has remained clear is that community matters — a place to come together, share experiences, ask questions, and learn alongside others walking the same path.
Next year, we are receiving an exciting Community upgrade and are committed to making this space a richer, more supportive resource for you. A space to grow, reflect, and feel part of something meaningful.
So keep an eye out — something beautiful is coming.

Looking Ahead
We move into 2026 with our dates already planned, our community expanding, and our mission clear:
To bring psychosomatics to the world — with depth, integrity, embodiment, and heart.
Thank you for being part of this growing global movement. Whether you have studied with us, watched from afar, or are only beginning to explore this work — we see you, we appreciate you, and we are excited for what next year will bring.
With warmth, gratitude, and deep respect,
Bianca & Gillian
