PEAT — Closing the Year, Opening the Next Cycle
To our students, subscribers, and those considering stepping into this work,
Firstly we wish you all a very Happy New Year 🥂🍾
As this year comes to a close, we wanted to pause and acknowledge what has unfolded within the PEAT community — not just in terms of dates and milestones, but in learning, embodiment, and lived integration.
PEAT is not a linear journey. It unfolds in cycles — of study, reflection, practice, and consolidation. This year has been rich in all of these layers, and it feels important to honour what has been built together.
This Year in PEAT — What We’ve Shared
As co-founders and facilitators, Gillian and I have experienced this year as one of significant growth — personally, professionally, and within PEAT itself. Our collaboration, shared vision, and complementary ways of teaching have continued to deepen the integrity and clarity of the PEAT pathway.
We successfully ran a full 6‑month Hybrid program, alongside two in‑person trainings — one in Switzerland and one in Melbourne. Over this time, we welcomed students from all over the world who joined us either remotely or through weekly live engagement, committing themselves to a journey of deep self‑discovery.
Many of these students met parts of themselves that had lived quietly beneath the surface — parts in need of validation, time, and space. It has been a privilege for both of us to witness this process unfold through different lenses, perspectives, and styles of facilitation. Through the training, we offered structure, support, access, and practical tools designed not just for the duration of the program, but for life beyond it.
Watching students begin to expand and blossom in ways they hadn’t imagined — becoming more grounded, actualised, and strong in themselves as they move forward with their life intentions — has been deeply meaningful.
This work makes us immensely proud — not only of what has been delivered, but of the way the learning community has grown in depth, trust, and mutual respect.

Our Challenges and Triumphs
Like any growing body of work, the development of our training programs and online portal has not come without challenges. Each challenge has offered us the opportunity to listen closely, refine our systems, clarify information, simplify where needed, and make gentle pivots as we respond to the organic needs of our training school.
We are deeply grateful to every student who has crossed our shores and said yes. Your willingness to show up — honestly, imperfectly, and with curiosity — is what allows this work to continue evolving. It is your presence, commitment, and feedback that continues to shape PEAT toward a true gold standard.
At conception, any creation is a little bumpy — we crawl before we walk. And just like life itself, we remain loyal and committed to watching this work grow into a fully‑fledged body of learning, carrying intelligence, maturity, and wisdom.
Meaningful change happens when learning is paced, supported, and embodied.

What’s New & What’s Ahead
As we move into the new year, PEAT continues to offer multiple ways to enter and engage with the training — whether you are just beginning, returning to deepen your understanding, or stepping toward professional application.

Hybrid Training — Beginning 22nd January
If you’re new to PEAT, this is the simplest way to understand how the training works:
• You can start online anytime with the self‑paced foundational program.
• You may then join the Hybrid Training for live guidance, reflection, and integration.
• From there, you can choose to deepen through in‑person trainings or practitioner pathways — or simply continue integrating at your own pace.
The Hybrid Training begins on 22nd January, combining our self‑paced online curriculum with live support, coaching, and training calls. We meet weekly or biweekly, creating a steady container for learning, reflection, and integration. All live calls are recorded for those who can’t attend in real time.
Benefits to you
Beginning your journey with PEAT now also means being part of the training school as it continues to evolve. Students who join at this stage benefit not only from discounted fees, but from ongoing access to updated material, the ability to resit programs, continue with support calls, and — for those who feel called — progress into practitioner pathways, master student roles, and eventually guiding or teaching within the school.
We often describe PEAT as a young tree — once a small shrub, now steadily growing stronger, wider, and more rooted, with many limbs yet to form.
To support accessibility, we’ve extended our payment plans to 18 months, allowing you to begin the foundational self‑paced or Hybrid program from $164 AUD per month (approximately $110 USD). This foundational program forms the base of all PEAT pathways and can be completed in your own time.
Support Calls
Alongside self‑paced study, the bi‑weekly support calls have become the primary relational spine of the training, with weekly Hybrid calls offering additional structure and momentum.
In essence: the online program provides the foundation, and the live calls provide the living, relational integration of the work.
One of the unexpected highlights of this year for both Gillian and I has been just how meaningful these bi‑weekly support calls have become — not as an add‑on, but as a central place where the work truly comes alive. What began as a place for questions and guidance has grown into a steady, anchoring space for those who attend — a regular point of contact that keeps the work reflective, relational, and alive.
For many students, these calls have become a stabilising rhythm within the program: a dependable place to return, to integrate what’s been stirred, to be witnessed in real time, and to stay connected through shared language, reflection, and presence. They offer continuity, perspective, and shared language, helping the work move beyond content and into lived understanding.
We’ve loved watching how this consistent touchpoint supports not only individual growth, but the collective intelligence that emerges when people reflect, learn, and mature alongside one another — allowing the program to stay responsive, relational, and organically evolving.
From here, students may choose to attend in‑person trainings, upgrade into the online Practitioner program, or continue integrating at their own pace. We also hold a longer‑term vision to make the in‑person bodywork component available online, with live delivery planned toward the end of 2027.
For many, this makes the coming year an ideal time to begin.

In-Person Training Dates — 2026
For those drawn to immersive, in-person learning, we’re pleased to share our upcoming dates:
-
Melbourne — In-Person Training
• 11–16 May 2026
• 27 November – 2 December 2026 -
Switzerland — In-Person Training
• 5–11 October 2026
These trainings offer an opportunity to deepen practical skills, refine perception, and experience the work within a concentrated learning environment.
If you wish to attend one of these in-person trainings, please let us know as soon as possible. We are now limiting numbers to 6 new students per program to keep the learning intimate and to ensure each participant receives full attention, guidance, and care.
Students who are re-sitting are also warmly invited to share their expressions of interest so we can plan logistics and group composition thoughtfully.

Start Online — Anytime
Our self-paced online training remains open year-round, allowing you to begin whenever the timing feels right. Many students choose to start online first, building foundations before moving into Hybrid or in-person pathways.
There is no single right entry point — only the one that fits where you are now.
A Closing Reflection
As we step toward a new year, we’re reminded that learning is not measured by speed or volume, but by how deeply it is integrated.
PEAT remains committed to offering training spaces that honour timing, nervous system safety, and depth — where skill, awareness, and self-trust develop together.
If you feel ready to begin, return, or deepen your engagement with this work, you’re warmly invited to explore the pathways ahead.
