Through breath, you begin to recognise the relationship between your body, your emotions, and your mind — and how these are in constant communication.

This course is structured as a progressive exploration into the psychosomatic intelligence of breath.

You will explore:
- The natural rhythm and structure of your breath
- The feedback loop between mind, emotion, and body
- The diaphragm as a central point of communication
- The internal cavities as lived, responsive spaces
- How movement and awareness influence internal experience
- The relationship between holding patterns and breath
- The development of your own felt understanding over time
You will also be guided in:
- Working with breath in the presence of trauma and dissociation
- Supporting reconnection through gentle, body-led practices

- Working with strong emotions in a grounded way
Each module builds on the last — not through intensity, but through recognition and integration.
