Psychosomatics and emotional anatomy awareness, helps us  to connect with our mind-body communication, through our emotions.

Interoception is the perception of sensations from inside the body

Proprioception, is your body's ability to sense movement, action, and location

Exteroception, is sensitivity to stimuli that are outside the body.

Poly Vagal Theory

PEAT - Psychosomatics & Emotional Anatomy has evolved from Psychosomatic Therapy, developed by Hermann Müller. 

 

Psychosomatic Therapy is the structure on which Gillian Maddigan and Bianca Moeschinger have added muscle onto the bones of Hermann’s original work. They went through the training and development program over several years from a Certificate to Diploma in teaching Psychosomatic Therapy. Both added to their existing modalities, training and experience from the daily personal application, working with their clients and students they have trained.

 

The integration and collaboration for Gillian and Bianca add a richness that they share with you in the program either through the self-paced modules or the 7-month live training and coaching program or in-person residential training.
